I went to school for Computers in Business and am very familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite Products. Great at doing internet research, and marketing online. Sales are my passion, marketing/selling and what I love to do while providing prodigious customer service that makes people want to come back and refer others. I have a competitive drive and the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. I have the willingness to work alongside peers and leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. I will be effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. Focusing on coaching and developing sales consultants to always be improving, while also always scouting for additional talent. I have 12 years of customer service experience, with 10 yrs. working in the wireless industry, 9 of which have been management. I always strive to provide the best work possible for my employers and customer base. Proficient with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and various social networking sites, I have run multiple growing pages and group networks for clients and personal. Very tech savvy, self-efficient and works well independently, as well with others.
